How the London Airport Pick Up Works
When you book a pick-up taxi through Local Slough Taxi, we collect the following from you: your flight number, arrival airport and terminal, and your name for the board. On the day of travel, we monitor your flight in real time. If it lands early, your driver is already there. If it's delayed, the driver adjusts — no extra charges.
After landing, clear passport control and collect your bags. Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with your name clearly displayed. They'll help with luggage and guide you directly to the vehicle.

How Long Will the Driver Wait?
We include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time for international flights after the scheduled landing time — more than enough for passport control and baggage reclaim. For domestic UK flights, 30 minutes is standard. If you need longer, simply call your driver — their number is sent to you before landing.
Is a Pick Up Taxi Service More Expensive?
No. Our meet and greet pick up taxi service is included in the standard airport transfer price. There is no extra charge for the name board, the waiting time allowance, or flight monitoring. The fixed price you receive at booking is the total price you pay.
